Thank you for choosing Sinovix (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we deliver your subscription or one-time purchase of our software services (“Services”), and what to expect from us once your order is placed.

1. Delivery of the Service

Once you complete your purchase through our website, we will process your order generally within 1 business day, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

On successful payment and verification (if applicable), we will activate your account, deliver login credentials (or access instructions), and send you any required onboarding materials via email.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Access & Start Date

After activation, you can begin using the Service immediately.

Your subscription period (if applicable) will begin on the date your account is activated.

If you purchase a one-time license, you’ll receive access as soon as the order is processed and your account has been created.

3. Delivery Method

Delivery is entirely digital: there is no physical shipping of software, unless we explicitly offer physical components (e.g., USB dongle, documentation) in which case that will be specified.

All access details (usernames, passwords, links, support instructions) will be sent to the email address you provided at purchase.

4. International Availability

Our Services are available globally unless otherwise stated in the product description or at checkout.

If there are any restrictions on region or country to access our Services, we will clearly communicate those at the time of purchase.

Certain features may rely on regional infrastructure (data centres, local support) and availability may vary.

5. Hidden Costs & Fees

The price displayed at checkout is the total cost for the Service you are purchasing (excluding any taxes or duties which may apply in your jurisdiction).

We do not charge hidden fees beyond what is shown on the order summary.

If any value-added tax (VAT), goods & services tax (GST) or other statutory tax is required by your country, it will be shown separately during checkout or invoicing.

6. Support Redress & Issues on Delivery

If you do not receive your access email within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends/holidays), please contact our support team at support@sinovix.co.in.

Please include your order number, purchase email, and a brief description of the issue.

Once your access is confirmed missing or incorrect, we will correct delivery promptly and assist you in gaining access.

Note: Since the delivery is digital, you are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and that you check your spam/junk folders.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website at https://sinovix.co.in/shipping-policy. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
